Thermo Electric Engine has been developed to demonstrate the conversion of heat into electricity. This engine is based upon the principle of the Thermocouple technology where many semiconductor thermocouples mount on a cell. The apparatus comprises a multiple cell Thermo-Electric generator sandwiched between a hot source and a cold sink where the hot source is provided with a Electric Heater or any other heating source like a  burner and the cold sink is air cooled which is further force by a fan propellor or water cooled. The current generated by the thermo-electric effect is used to drive an electric motor on which the fan propellor is mounted. On open circuit the generator has an emf of few  volts and the maximum current is about 1 amp and from this the output can readily be measured. The heat input is supplied by an electric heater integrated in the surface to avoid the arrangement of burner in lab but it is also possible for the user to use some  spirit lamp or any other mean of heating. The temperatures of the hot and cold surfaces may be recorded using thermocouples and digital display.
