The IT-5115 Stores pieces according to the type of material they are made of Pieces are conveyed by a trolley moving along an axis and stopping to fill the slides according to the tests carried out in the previous stations A cylinder ejects the piece into the appropriate slide The condition of ‘full store’ and the position of the trolley are identified by industrial sensors The module is assembled on a rigid Bakelite base and it can be easily moved around the laboratory. IT-5115 can be fully controlled using a PLC module or an Arduino microprocessor Thanks to the PLC or Arduino programming software a wide range of exercises regarding the automation of the module in a working cycle or in stand-alone mode can be developed.
